Returns or exchanges:
Our small business policy does not allow for exchanges or returns due to the nature of our handcrafted products. Once items are opened or used, we are unable to resell them. However, if you receive the wrong items in your order, we will gladly fix the mistake. Simply contact us at clothingandcraftingbyjc@outlook.com and we will work it out together.
Broken or damaged items ?
In the event that your package arrived damaged during transit, contact our website's shipping insurance provider at www.xcover.com using your tracking number and order number to file a claim. Do not not bring your package to the shipping carriers office as the the label and insurance are both provided by Shippo and Xcover., we have fulfilled many returns with this company. they are very simple and straight forward. Please note that customers are responsible for initiating the insurance claim process. Drop us a line if you have any questions. Every package we ship is fully covered by insurance.
